To order items from us you may phone or email us.
On receipt of your order we will invoice you for the products you have ordered. Our prices will be guaranteed for a period of 14 days, during which payment for the goods is required. After 14 days we will endeavour to hold the prices quoted for you but reserve the right to requote if the prices have moved.
We will not commence manufacture until all monies have been received for orders of oars and sculls. For recreational boats and Waka ama, a 50% deposit is required with the remaining 50% payable on delivery.
Delivery time will be confirmed to you at the time your order is placed and we will keep you up-to-date on the progress of your order and any changes in its likely completion date.
